This policy explains what happens to information you submit through ibezrealestate.com, operated by Inna Bezbocova (“Inna Bez”), a licensee of Babych Group Realty Vancouver Ltd.. It is written in plain language rather than boilerplate; if anything here is unclear, ask directly at ibez@ibezrealestate.com.

What is collected

The forms on this site (valuation requests, rental assessments, general enquiries) ask for your name, email address, phone number, and, where relevant, a property address and a short message. Nothing is collected beyond what you type into a form - there are no hidden tracking fields, and a form submits only when you submit it.

How it is used

Submitted information is used for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry. It is emailed directly to Inna Bez (or the brokerage inbox) through a transactional email provider (Resend) and is not added to a marketing list, newsletter, or third-party CRM without your separate consent. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use privacy-respecting analytics (such as Plausible or Google Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic patterns - which pages are visited, roughly where from, and on what device. This data is not tied to your name or contact details and is not used to identify you individually. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set by this site.

Data retention

Enquiry details are retained only as long as needed to respond to you and, where a business relationship follows, for the ordinary record-keeping a licensed real estate professional is required to maintain under BC’s Real Estate Services Act. You can ask for your information to be deleted at any time by emailing ibez@ibezrealestate.com, subject to any records Inna Bez is legally required to retain.

Third parties

Listing photos, availability, and rental data referenced on this site may originate from the Greater Vancouver REALTORS® and Fraser Valley Real Estate Board systems, which have their own data practices. Email delivery is handled by Resend; hosting and image delivery are handled by this site’s hosting provider. Neither is authorized to use your information beyond delivering this site and your enquiry.

Your rights

You can ask what information is held about you, correct it, or ask for it to be deleted, by contacting ibez@ibezrealestate.com or (604) 808-2112. If you are not satisfied with the response, BC’s Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner oversees privacy complaints in this province.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the site or its tools change. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version.
